This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity ideal for: Stay-at-home parents Military spouses Retired educators Community influencers Local professionals with strong family networks Individuals passionate about supporting children and families Our academy serves children ages 6 weeks through 12 years old and offers a strong academic foundation combined with STE(AI)M™ learning, robotics exposure, structured classrooms, and a caring environment designed to support working families. About the Role Community Enrollment Partners help introduce local families to Kids Academy of Learning & Excellence through: Community outreach Word-of-mouth referrals Apartment and neighborhood networking Parent groups Social media sharing Local business and community connections Event participation Family engagement opportunities This is not a traditional hourly position. This is a flexible, performance-based partnership opportunity. We are always accepting applications for this role. Duties Responsibilities Promote Kids Academy of Learning & Excellence within the local community Share approved marketing materials and enrollment information Build relationships with local families and community organizations Refer interested families to schedule tours and begin enrollment Represent the academy professionally and positively Support community awareness efforts and enrollment growth Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals who are: Well-connected within the local community Friendly, professional, and trustworthy Strong communicators Passionate about children and education Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable networking both online and in person Requirements Important Program Guidelines Referrals must be new to Kids Academy of Learning & Excellence Referral source must be identified during the family's initial inquiry No self-referrals permitted No immediate household-family referrals permitted Community Enrollment Partners may not quote pricing, negotiate rates, or make enrollment guarantees All enrollment decisions and final acceptance remain solely with Kids Academy of Learning & Excellence About Kids Academy of Learning & Excellence Kids Academy of Learning & Excellence is a Future-Ready early learning academy focused on creating a safe, structured, and academically strong environment for children and families.
