Supervised Visitation Worker

Company Overview Jones Family Services LLC is a dedicated service provider for the Department of Human Resources in Shelby and Lauderdale counties. We specialize in supervised visitation, transportation, sitter services, counseling, behavioral aides, drug assessments, and psychological evaluations to support families and children in need. Summary We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team at Jones Family Services LLC. This position is critical in overseeing our programs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to families. The Supervisor will play a key role in managing staff, coordinating services, and fostering a supportive environment for both clients and team members. Responsibilities Supervise staff members providing direct services to families and children. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in service delivery. Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills in crisis management and behavioral health. Coordinate with other agencies and stakeholders to facilitate comprehensive support for clients. Monitor service quality and implement improvements as needed. Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide constructive feedback. Requirements Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred. Proven experience in crisis management and behavioral health settings. Strong understanding of child welfare laws and child protective services. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
