Our mission is to support families through supervised visitation, transportation, counseling, and various behavioral health services. Summary We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team at Jones Family Services LLC. This role is crucial in overseeing our service delivery, ensuring the highest quality of care for children and families. The Supervisor will play an integral part in managing staff and coordinating services that promote safety and well-being. Responsibilities Supervise staff providing direct services to children and families. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and state regulations. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in child welfare. Monitor case progress and provide support to staff in crisis situations. Collaborate with external agencies to coordinate care and resources. Facilitate communication among team members to enhance service delivery. Requirements Experience working with children and families in a supervisory capacity. Strong knowledge of social work principles and family law. Excellent crisis management and conflict resolution skills. Ability to conduct motivational interviewing effectively. Familiarity with behavioral health practices and child protective services is preferred.
