Job Description

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Association Youth and Family Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the oversight of the youth, family, and teen programs at all branches within the Association. This role involves managing and providing leadership for an array of program initiatives, to include, but not limited to, after school program, summer and holiday day camps, and kids' night out.

Associate's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory/management position.
Family Programs:
Knowledge of family support principles and best practices for family involvement.
Youth & Teen Programs:
Knowledge of youth and teen programmatic principles and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with team members focusing on creating, implementing, and evaluating age-appropriate activities. Personal commitment to customer service, including following up with parents and guardians to provide program-specific information. CPR and AED certifications.
