At Arkansas Early Learning (AEL), we believe every child deserves an opportunity to succeed, no matter their circumstances. AEL was established to serve the most vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families throughout the State of Arkansas. We provide transformational learning programs to vulnerable children within a childcare setting. We offer FREE Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K childcare/daycare programs serving 11 counties with numerous centers across the state of Arkansas. AEL is more than just daycare! We are educators, even as early as 6 weeks old we are implementing an education curriculum. We also offer a variety of child and family support services in a loving, caring, and safe environment. NOW HIRING A FAMILY SERVICE WORKER
The Family Service Worker supports parents as they identify and meet their own goals, nurtures the development of their children in the context of their family and culture, and advocates for communities that are supportive of children and families of all cultures. The Family Service Worker position is an entry level case management position that also assists families with enrollment into the Early Head Start/Head Start program. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors or Associate degree in social services or a related field with two years experience preferred. Family Service Workers must have, within eighteen months of hire, at a minimum, a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field. Training provided by Arkansas Early Learning. Qualifications Must have a working telephone or cell phone Must have a valid driver's license with a minimum of liability insurance General knowledge of computers and computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe etc.
