Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist, Social Worker, or Counselor to join our Christian counseling pratice. In this role, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to diverse populations, which may include children, adolescents, adults, couples and seniors. Your expertise will help individuals navigate mental health challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth. The ideal candidate is a self-started, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality trauma informed care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating psychotherapy modalities Provide individual, family, and/or child counseling sessions addressing a wide range of issues Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and accurate medical records while adhering to confidentiality standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management and coordinate care plans tailored to each client's needs. Facilitate intake sessions for new clients and conduct diagnostic evaluations Deliver telehealth services utilizing secure platforms to expand access to mental health care across diverse populations. Skills Proven expertise in psychotherapy techniques. Our practice tends to focus on DBT, IFS, EMDR, ACT, Gottman and Sex Therapy Strong working knowledge of crisis intervention methods and crisis management protocols. Experience working with desired population Skilled in patient assessment processes including intake procedures and diagnostic evaluation. Strong communication skills combined with a compassionate approach focused on client-centered care. Because we are a Christian practice and receive a good portion of our referrals from Evangelical/Christian/Protestant and Catholic churches in our area, we are looking for someone who works from a Christian world view and who values and is skilled at faith integration.
Pay:
$57.00 - $75.00 per hour
