Robert Half Legal is partnering with a national immigration law firm in search of a Business Immigration Coordinator for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is a full-time, onsite position working Monday through Friday, offering $19/hour during the contract period. $19/hour during contract periodAbout the RoleAs a Business Immigration Coordinator, you will provide critical administrative and case support to a busy immigration practice. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact while receiving training, professional development, and exposure to employment-based immigration matters in a collaborative, detail-driven environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the legal team, including organizing, sorting, and distributing mail and scanning documents received from clients and beneficiaries.

Update and manage case status information, track deadlines, and communicate case progress or issues to supervisors and team members.

Organize, maintain, and file legal documents and supporting materials.

Prepare, collect, and organize case materials for shipping and processing.

Learn procedural and processing requirements for various non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications.

Assist with drafting, assembling, and preparing immigration petitions and applications.

Respond to internal and external communications in a timely and professional manner.

Produce accurate work product and proactively escalate issues when needed.

Utilize case management and data systems accurately and consistently.

Follow established firm procedures, documentation standards, and compliance protocols.
