East Valley and Central Phoenix, AZ (Travel required) Overview Angels Monitoring AZ is seeking reliable, professional Supervised Visitation Monitors to oversee court-ordered visits and exchanges between parents and children. This role requires strong observation skills, clear documentation, and the ability to remain neutral in emotionally sensitive situations. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, patient, and willing to grow with us as we expand into new areas and communities . Why This Role Stands Out Flexible, part-time schedule (contract-based, 8-15 hours/week based on case acceptance) Paid training provided Opportunity to grow hours over time Purpose-driven work supporting children and families Ideal for backgrounds in childcare, social services, education, or security Key Responsibilities Supervise visits to ensure child safety and compliance with court orders Facilitate safe, no-contact exchanges between parents Document visits objectively and thoroughly (reports may be used in court) Maintain a neutral, calm, and professional presence Manage and de-escalate conflict when necessary Arrive on time and adhere to scheduled visits Minimum Qualifications (Required) Age 21+ Primarily weekend availability, after school availability Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record Strong written and verbal communication skills, computer skills, timely reporting High level of reliability and punctuality Ability to maintain appropriate family and professional boundaries Preferred Qualifications Retired professionals are encouraged to apply.Experience working with:
Children or families Social work, education, or counseling Law enforcement, security, or corrections, probation officers, teachers, educators (hashtags) College coursework or degree (Associate or Bachelor's preferred, not required) Experience with report writing or incident documentation Compensation $22.50- 25.00/hour
- Standard visitation monitoring Up to $30.00/hour
- Based on advanced qualifications or relevant licensure (therapeutic) Work Schedule Expectations Primarily weekends required + some weekday evenings + after school hours
