Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The LCSW will provide mental health services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on assessing and addressing their social, emotional, psychological, and environmental needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work and be committed to providing high-quality care to clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans. 2. Provide counseling and therapy sessions to clients, including individual, family, and group therapy. 3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support for clients. 4. Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources, including healthcare, housing, and social services. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. 6. Stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatments in clinical social work. 7. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities. 8. Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in urgent situations.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. 2. Current LCSW license in the state of practice. 3. Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work. 4. Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and interventions. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and in crisis situations. 7.
