- Two years of experience as a quality improvement coach, facilitator, or active team participant
- Two years of leadership and training experience
- Two years of experience working with low-income children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
- Child Development Permit holder or Associate Teacher
Successful Fingerprint and TB Clearance and Type C California Drivers License Desired Qualifications:
- Preferred degree in Child Development, Education, or related Social Science field
- CLASS observer certification
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
- Skilled in applying standardized rating tools or rubrics to classroom instruction and environment.
- Knowledge of educational frameworks, curriculum standards, or quality rating systems.
