Job Description
Aprendiendo y Sanando Juntos We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Early Intervention Specialist to support infants and toddlers (0-3) and their families in the South Bay area. What We Offer $20-$30/hour (based on experience & qualifications) Part-time or full-time opportunities Flexible schedule Occasional Saturdays preferred Mileage reimbursement Closed on major holidays What You'll Do Provide early intervention services for children ages 0-3 in home and community settings Conduct developmental assessments (HELP preferred) Support families through play-based, relationship-focused interventions Complete documentation and progress reports Caseload will be developed gradually as referrals come in Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred (Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field) OR 4+ years of early intervention experience equivalent Experience working with children ages 0-3 required HELP assessment experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Must have reliable transportation, driver's license, and insurance
