Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the appropriate cabinet-level administrator or designee, the Coordinator of Parent Engagement plans, coordinates, and evaluates districtwide parent and family engagement initiatives designed to strengthen student success through authentic, equitable, multilingual, and culturally responsive partnerships with families and community members. The Coordinator of Parent Engagement builds the structures, training, access, communication, and feedback systems that help parents and caregivers engage as informed partners in their child's education and in district decision-making. This position supports Rowland Unified School District's strong family partnership tradition and works collaboratively with school sites, district departments, advisory groups, and community partners to strengthen two-way engagement, family leadership, and access to information and services across diverse communities.
