  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary The Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Children's Pastor, volunteers, and families to design engaging programs that nurture faith, character, and social skills in children from preschool through elementary age.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on young lives while fostering a vibrant, Christ-centered community. Duties Assist in developing and implementing dynamic children's ministry programs that align with the church's mission and values for kids birth

Lead and mentor volunteer teams, providing training and support to ensure high-quality, engaging activities for children. Coordinate weekly classes, special events, holiday programs, and outreach initiatives that promote spiritual growth and community involvement. Foster strong relationships with families by communicating regularly about children's spiritual development and upcoming events. Oversee safety protocols, ensuring all activities adhere to best practices for working with children and maintaining a secure environment. Provide support to children and families facing personal or family challenges, including bereavement or social difficulties. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in educational, religious, or social work settings; teaching experience is highly valued. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, volunteers, and church leadership Passion for working with children in a faith-based environment combined with a compassionate heart for mentoring young minds.
