$20-$25 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and client-focused Applicant Workers' Compensation Intake Coordinator / SIBTF Case Manager to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting injured workers through the intake process and managing matters related to the Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund (SIBTF) . The ideal candidate is detail oriented, bilingual in Spanish and English , and able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, medical providers, and internal staff. Key Responsibilities Handle new client intake for California applicant workers' compensation matters Communicate with prospective and current clients in a professional, respectful, and empathetic manner Gather, review, and organize intake information, medical records, employment records, and other case-related documents Open new files, enter case information accurately, and maintain organized case records Manage and monitor SIBTF cases, including deadlines, document collection, and follow-up tasks Coordinate with clients, vendors, medical offices, interpreters, and other third parties as needed Draft and send correspondence, forms, and status updates by email and other channels Maintain regular communication with attorneys and staff regarding case progress and outstanding items Ensure all communications and case documentation are accurate, timely, and complete Assist with general administrative and case management support as assigned Qualifications Prior experience in California applicant workers' compensation preferred Experience with SIBTF cases strongly preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English required Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills, including the ability to accurately enter, update, and manage case information Proficiency with email communication and professional email etiquette Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with clients, vendors, and team members Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and strong client service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems preferred Desired Skills and Attributes Clear and professional verbal and written communication Strong computer and email skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional and courteous interaction with clients and vendors Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team Reliable, responsive, and solution oriented Compassionate and patient when working with injured workers What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive team environment Opportunity to work in a meaningful role helping injured workers navigate their claims and benefitsPay:
