Inclusive Learning Partners is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW to support student mental health and well-being across school sites in the Lancaster, CA. We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive social-emotional and mental health support to students, families, and school staff. In this role, you will deliver individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, support IEP teams, and collaborate closely with school personnel to foster inclusive and supportive learning environments. Responsibilities include identifying community resources and making appropriate referrals for support services, as well as coordinating and managing the implementation of social-emotional learning and mental health programs for all students—including those in special education, as well as homeless and foster youth. This position is ideal for clinicians who are confident in managing complex student needs and are passionate about helping children thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
Required Qualifications :
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program Active California LCSW (cannot accept interns) Active PPS Credential a plus! Experience working with foster youth, probation, CPS, foster Family agencies, group home and/or Licensed Children's Institutions (LCIs) Experience working with students in school settings Knowledge of IEP processes, special education law, and ERMHS documentation Must be willing to undergo a criminal background clearance and Livescan fingerprinting through the California Department of Justice and FBI TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Willingness to complete all necessary ILP and state-mandated trainings during onboarding
Key Responsibilities :
Provide individual and group counseling to students with emotional and behavioral needs Conduct assessments and contribute to psychoeducational evaluations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to mental health-related goals and supports Develop and implement tailored behavior intervention and management plans Deliver conflict resolution strategies to promote positive school culture Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to ensure holistic student support Support students receiving ERMHS services across one or more district sites Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational and legal requirements
