In California, assisted living homes, also known as residential care facilities for the elderly or RCFEs, are either small 4-6 bed residential board and care homes or large 100+ bed assisted living homes. The CS is a Medi-Cal waiver program similar to the Assisted Living Waiver (ALW). 1) The CalAIM CS social worker position involves in-person visits to members to conduct a care level assessment with an Individual Service Plan (ISP) tool . This is a two hour process paid at $45/hour ($90 for the two hours). We will also reimburse $20 for daily gas expenses The job hours are very flexible but should be do during the weekday. •This is an independent contractor position. W9 is required for 1099 tax reporting purposes•

Job Requirements:

The social worker must have a Master's degree in social work plus one year of related work experience.

The job applicant must:
