(Exodus) is looking to hire per diem Social Services Coordinators to provide therapeutic interventions, psychosocial assessments, initiate contacts with a variety of community resources; and implement linkages and discharge planning for clients in the Exodus Recovery Urgent Care Centers . The Social Service Coordinator shall meet the qualifications as indicated in the Short-Doyle Medi-Cal Rehab Option Manual and provide services in accordance with the scope of their practice.

Requirements:

Two (2) years clinical experience in the mental health field or hospital setting preferred Substance abuse treatment experience preferred Current registration with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences required Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions, assessment, community resources and crisis intervention skills Ability to work independently and show mature judgment.
