Competitive Pay:
$44.58/hr + 12% Super (SCHADS Award).

In this role, you will supervise and mentor a dedicated team of support workers to deliver consistently high-quality and dignified care to children and young people (CYP) with complex needs. You won't be doing it alone; you will receive dedicated mentorship from an experienced Service Manager , focusing on strategic support that empowers CYP to achieve their individualised goals and exercise choice and control over their lives.
Leadership:
Advanced skills, high emotional intelligence, and effective conflict resolution abilities.
Experience:
Proven history supporting individuals with complex needs, behaviours of concern, and/or mental health concerns.
Qualifications:
Cert IV or Diploma in Disability/Community/Children's Services (or identify as Aboriginal and willing to work towards one).
