What We're Looking For:
Licensed LCSW or LMFT (CA state license required) Strong background in school-based social work and/or family therapy Experience working with adolescents preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to start August 12th, 2026 and commit through June 3rd, 2027
Your Responsibilities:
Provide mental health case management and direct counseling for students in grades 9-12 Manage a caseload of 28-30 students Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop and monitor intervention plans Maintain timely and accurate records of support provided and student progress Participate in student support team meetings and contribute expertise to holistic care Why this
