• to support students with special education needs in after-school programs throughout San Diego.

In this role, you'll help students participate in activities, build friendships, develop confidence, and thrive in an inclusive environment. No teaching credential required. Experience with children, special education, behavioral support, ABA, childcare, coaching, camp programs, or youth development is a plus.

• Pay & Schedule
• + $25/hour starting pay + Monday-Friday schedule + Hours typically 12:00 PM-5:00/6:00 PM + One early-release school day per week with an earlier start time + Consistent weekly hours
• What You'll Do
• As an Inclusion Aide, you will: + Provide individualized support for students in after-school programs + Help students participate in games, sports, enrichment activities, and group events + Encourage social interaction, communication, and positive peer relationships + Support daily routines, transitions, and behavior management strategies + Collaborate with program staff to create a safe, welcoming environment + Promote independence while ensuring student success and inclusion •
