A Family, School, or General Case Manager coordinates the delivery of a range of social and health services to individuals and families. Assess client needs and work with agencies and institutions ensure clients get the help they need. Monitor client and work with other service providers as necessary to address client needs. Provide limited counseling to client and their family.

Job Description

Are you passionate about working with children and creating positive experiences that help them thrive? We're seeking energetic, dependable Youth Leaders to support students in a fun and engaging after-school program. In this role, you'll work 20-25 hours per week, leading a group of approximately 20 students through recreational and enrichment activities. Activities such as sports, team-building games, Simon Says, Red Light Green Light, and more. You'll help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where students can build confidence, develop social skills, and enjoy meaningful after-school experiences. You may also provide instructional and behavioral support under the direction of school staff, helping students succeed both academically and socially.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years of age Strong communication and leadership skills Passion for working with youth and serving as a positive role model Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements CPR certification, health clearance, and TB documentation as required Join us and make a lasting impact in the lives of students while building valuable experience in education and youth development.
