Our work environment includes:
Modern office setting Flexible working hours We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to help support our hospice care patients. Candidates must be familiar with end-of-life care and possess a strong desire to help individuals and families navigate the complexities of end of life care. The successful candidate will help patients transition from the hospital to our hospice center by providing emotional, physical, and spiritual support to patients and their families. Per Diem is $70/visit
Responsibilities:
Provide emotional support to patients and their loved ones. Work effectively with a team of health professionals. Assess signs of pain, fatigue and distress in cancer patients. Given proper training, administer medications to patients. Provide hospice care to terminally ill cancer patients and their families. Participate in advanced nursing techniques that improve quality of life for cancer patients and their families.
