Job Summary Job Summary General Description Under supervision of the Superintendent, the school custodian/maintenance performs routine cleaning work on assignments in the district; does assigned maintenance at district sites; minor construction and repair on school buildings and grounds; performs a wide variety of skilled maintenance repairs; and performs other related work as required and assigned.

High School Diploma or High School Equivalent Certi?cate Experience in custodial and building/grounds maintenance work Any combination equivalent to su?cient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed above.

Must obtain/maintain any mandated certi?cations or training as needed. Comments and Other Information Fingerprint check and TB test must be successfully completed by the ?rst day of service.
