The Social Worker will collaborate with teachers, special education teams, administrators, and families to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and support services for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and strategies to promote student success Participate in IEP and 504 planning and meetings as needed Collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators to support student growth and well-being Serve as a liaison between schools, families, and community resources Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and licensing requirements
Qualifications:
