Essential Job Duties Provide attentive, culturally affirming child care that supports youth safety and well-being. Assist with curriculum and engage youth in meaningful discussions and activities. Help maintain smooth daily flow, prepare materials, and collaborate with staff. Conditions of Employment Pre-employment Criminal Background Check (required for new hires) Supervision None Minimum Qualifications Demonstrate knowledge of culturally affirming care Demonstrate integrity, honesty, dependability, responsibility Ability to actively participate and engage with child participants in all activities.
