! ; Right At School is currently interviewing for several part-time positions within the Weld RE-8 School District for our upcoming summer camp and the 2026-2027 school year. We are seeking candidates for the following roles:
Summer Camp Staff:
Starting July 2026 (optional).
Before and After School Site Program Manager:
Starting with the 2026-2027 school year.
What we are looking for:
(optional if looking to start working before the summer camp position begins) We are currently seeking a part-time Before and After School Site Program Manager for our before- and after-school programs located inside the Weld RE-8 schools. ; The after-school site locations will be: ;
Butler Elementary Twombly Elementary Kenneth Homyak Elementary After-School Site Program Manager:
starting at $25 per hour (based on education, years of licensed group childcare experience) Part-Time Position Details- Fall 2026-2027
School Year:
Before and After-School split-shift hours. Must be able to work Monday through Friday. Located in the Weld RE-8 School District. Summer Camp July 2026 (optional)
Schedule:
NO WEEKENDS!
Start Date:
July 2026, if wanting to work at the summer camp prior to fall 2026-2027
Starting Wage:
$25 per hour (depending on years of licensed group childcare experience and educational qualifications in a group setting) Please take a minute to read the requirements as a reminder for the role to see if this is a good fit for you!
Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older One year of supervisory experience Verifiable education/experience
REQUIRED
-4yr degree education, elementary education, specialty in art/human service (social work, psych, etc.); OR 2yr degrees and 6mo (910 hrs) of experience from the age of 18;
OR 5, 460
hrs of experience (2-3yrs) w/ 6 semesters of schooling or 40 clocked hours of training for school-aged children Able to work M-F split shift ; You'll drive the mission by: Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observation Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way Using your coursework training and our in-person training, model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety and well-being and attention of all children Meets regularly with the Area Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability Benefits of being an Program Manager with Right at
