A Social Worker plays a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals and families facing various challenges and hardships. They work to improve the social and psychological well-being of their clients by offering counseling, advocacy, and access to resources.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct assessments to determine the needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans 2. Provide counseling and support to individuals and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health issues 3. Advocate for clients' rights and access to services within the community 4. Collaborate with other professionals, such as healthcare providers and school personnel, to provide comprehensive care 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress 6. Assist clients in accessing resources such as housing, healthcare, and financial assistance 7. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to coordinate care and share information 8. Qualifications and Skills:
