Key Qualifications:

Active Social Worker (SW) license in Colorado Previous experience working in school environments is highly regarded Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to gather, review, and document detailed caseload information Passion for assisting students, families, and educators in a collaborative setting

Role Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing social and emotional concerns Gather and maintain accurate caseload details to monitor student progress Partner with teachers, counselors, and administrative staff for effective intervention strategies Offer crisis intervention and resource referrals as needed Support a positive and inclusive school environment through advocacy and consultation
