Foster a nurturing atmosphere while collaborating closely with educators, administrators, and families to ensure every student receives the guidance they need.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Colorado CDE license in Social Work, or eligible and willing to apply Experience providing school-based social work preferred, especially across K-12 or varied age groups Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse needs and varying ability levels Strong communication skills and the capacity to build rapport with students, staff, and families Organized and reliable, able to manage a caseload of approximately 45
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and track services supporting student learning, needs, and progress Engage with students as individuals, adapting strategies to address unique challenges and foster their interests Promote a safe and supportive environment, ensuring supervision and compliance with health and safety policies at all times Facilitate the development of critical thinking, problem solving, and self-advocacy among students Regularly communicate with teachers and parents to share insights, strategies, and progress towards student goals This is a full-time, onsite assignment for the 2026-2027 school year, supporting multiple school locations.
