Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Responsibilities:

Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to implement individualized plans and promote student success Serve as a liaison between the school, families, and community resources, advocating for students and connecting them with needed support Deliver crisis intervention and participate in the development of preventative programs Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and legal standards Facilitate group sessions, workshops, and outreach activities to promote well-being and resilience
