Job Description
Qualifications and Experience:
Active Social Worker (SW) license with a School Social Worker endorsement (#071) required Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong understanding of child development, crisis intervention, and behavioral management Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to changing needs and work effectively within diverse school communitiesKey Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group sessions to support students emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create and implement intervention plans Assist in crisis situations, providing immediate support and appropriate referrals Promote social and emotional learning through development and delivery of targeted programs Maintain detailed, confidential student records and documentation as required by school policiesWhy Consider This Opportunity:
