Supervised Visits Hartford, CT (+ 10 mile radius of each town)
Salary Range:
$28.00 To $30.00 All Pointe Care, LLC provides person-centered services to families, adults, young adults, teens, and children. Services are designed to meet the individual goals and unique needs of each person or family receiving the service. All Pointe Care aims to empower families and individuals to set and reach personal goals by fostering independence and inclusion and treating others with dignity and respect. Supervised Visitation All Pointe Care, LLC is seeking experienced professionals to conduct supervised visitation with a degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, or Education and one year of experience working with children/adolescents and families. Per Diem hours are available after school, evenings, and weekends. Schedules are based on your availability and the availability of cases in your area. The length of visitation ranges between 1.5 to 4 hours including transportation of the child or children to and from the visit. We are seeking experienced professionals to conduct supervised visitations weekday afternoons in the Hartford, New Britain and Torrington areas. Daytime hours may be available as well. Days, times and hours are based on staff availability and referral requests.
Requirements:
Must have a degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, or Education with one year of experience working with children/adolescents and families Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Possess a valid CT Driver's License Provide transportation of child(ren) to and from visitation. Use of personal vehicle is required Minimum motor vehicle insurance coverage must be 50/100 Current First Aid and CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (or willingness to obtain) Support a safe and positive environment for visitation Ability to provide appropriate safety interventions when necessary Provide objective documentation of visitation observations Communicate efficiently with the agency supervisor and family case manager
