Job Description
Openings include:
A high school caseload beginning August 24, 2026, lasting 4-6 weeks (dates for the second elementary-focused position to be determined). Both positions are full-time, Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week, onsite, with schedules finalized soon.Qualifications:
Active CT DPH and CT (071) licensure/certification required (submit upfront). School-based social work experience (required). Able to manage short-term leave assignments with adaptability. Comfortable working onsite. Prepared to participate in a Zoom interview.Responsibilities:
Provide critical social-emotional and behavioral support to students. Collaborate with school teams, teachers, and families. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of interventions.Benefits:
