Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Admissions Coordinator/Social Worker position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinically related social services to support the well-being of our residents and their families. Participates in the admission process in collaboration with the Administrator and Director of Nursing. Assesses residents' psychosocial needs and delivers individualized support services to help enhance their quality of life. Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Social Services. Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of two years' experience in a long-term care setting Must be either a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), if employed in the state of Maryland Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
