Full Job Description Description:
Are you searching for meaningful work in Child Welfare? Then our Devereux program has an opportunity that will interest you! We are looking for a motivated, dedicated and compassionate individual to be a Kinship Supervisor! Based in Davie, FL, this position is responsible for management and oversight of the Kinship program, which provides support and advocacy to help caregivers navigate the child welfare system and have the required resources to meet each child's physical, emotional, financial, and basic needs.
Position Details:
Pay Range:
Starts at $56,000
  • $63,840 / annual Salary is based on relevant education and experience.
Schedule:

Qualifications:
Education :
Bachelor's degree in social work or related human services field required. Master's degree preferred. Child Welfare Certification preferred.
Experience :
Minimum 3+ years of experience within the child welfare system (which includes foster care, licensing, case management, diversion services or crisis intervention services) required. Supervisory experience preferred
Other Requirements:
Valid Florida driver's license Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test. Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida.
