Complexity of Work:

Requires critical thinking skills, effective (verbal and written) communication skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to build and foster positive relationships. The incumbent must be able to lead others and take appropriate action when required. Must have strong organizational/priority setting/multi-tasking skills. Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.

Required Work Experience:

Three (3) years social work experience. Transplant experience preferred.

Other Information:
