Job Description

Do you love working as a Social Worker or Case Manager and want to be able to work from the office 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week then we have the perfect job for you. Or have you worked in a medical office processing insurance claims and also have worked in a Call Center answering high volume calls then this may also be a great job for you. Adecco is recruiting for a client located just South of the Doral area in zip code 33172 that needs social workers or case managers with an Associates Degree minimum to work in a call center providing guidance and informing of government programs available to elderly patients. Work schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Pay is $18.00 and this is a long-term temp assignment working 3 days in the office (located in SW Miami close to Doral) and 2 days from home. Client will provide computer and headset.
Qualifications for this job are:
Must have prior experience either working as a Social Worker, Case Manager or in a Medical office processing insurance and also worked at a call center. Must have a Associates Degree minimum. Bachelors is preferred. Must be able to train for 3 weeks in office all 5 days a week, Monday-Friday. Must be very patient and have lots of empathy to help customers over the phone. Must be able to work all day answering call center phone calls. Needs to be fluent in English. Other additional languages like Spanish or Creole are a plus but not necessary. Preferably someone who worked as a social worker, case manager or in a very busy medical office or a high volume call center. Must be able to clear drug test and criminal background check.
Shift Hours:
8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Pay $18.00 per hour and this is a long term temp job.
