We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Services Facilitator to support families and ensure the safety and well-being of children during visitation sessions. This role involves overseeing visits between children and their non-custodial parents or guardians in a structured environment, promoting positive interactions while adhering to legal and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, experience working with children and families, and the ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism and sensitivity. Part-Time Position Available•Join Our Growing Team We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team in a part-time role . At this time, we offer four (4) available shifts , each lasting approximately 3.15 hours . Specific shift times are provided below.
Saturday:
8:45am•12:00pm
Saturday:
12:00pm•3:15pm
Sunday:
10:45pm•2:00pm
Sunday:
2:00pm•5:15pm As we continue to grow and expand our services, additional shifts and opportunities may become available , offering room for increased hours and involvement. We are currently hiring for two types of positions: 1. On-Call Team Members (Flexible) Ideal for individuals seeking flexibility Team members will be contacted as shifts become available Opportunity to accept or decline shifts based on availability 2. Set Schedule Team Members (Consistent) Ideal for individuals seeking routine and consistency Assigned to a regular, ongoing shift each week Responsibilities Facilitate supervised visitation sessions in accordance with court orders and agency policies Monitor interactions between children and visiting adults to ensure safety and appropriate behavior Document visitations accurately, including observations, incidents, and any concerns arising during sessions Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all participants Experience Prior experience working with children, families, or in social services is highly preferred Knowledge of child welfare systems, family law, or childcare practices is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy Training or experience in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, child protective services, or related fields is desirable Bilingual is desirable, but not required.
