Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Night Youth Care Worker at Hope Forest Academy in Paisely, Florida ✨ We are located on a beautiful 49-acre ranch-style campus where we provide services and care for at-risk boys ages 10-17. Life:

The primary responsibilities of a Night Youth Care Worker are to provide safety and around-the-clock supervision of at-risk youth. Night Youth Care Workers provide for the physical, personal and health needs of each student through individual counseling and behavioral/social/physical and educational skill development. Night Youth Care Workers provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students; monitor and document student behaviors and activities; and participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities. You will be providing active supervision at all times to youth in our care. To be considered you should be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect and have a high school diploma or equivalent. You must also be at least 21 years of age, have a desire to work with troubled teens and be able to pass a DCF criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test. There is no previous experience required for this role, but previous work with youth is preferred. Excellent Training will be provided!

Schedule :

We are hiring for nights: 7 pm to 8 am. One week staff work 4 days the next staff work 3 days. Apply today and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth!
