A Family, School, or General Case Manager coordinates the delivery of a range of social and health services to individuals and families. Assess client needs and work with agencies and institutions ensure clients get the help they need. Monitor client and work with other service providers as necessary to address client needs. Provide limited counseling to client and their family.

Job Description

Duties
  • Provide care and support to school-aged children in a compassionate and nurturing manner.
  • Supervising a group of 12-20 children before and after school.
  • Implementing the values of
T.R.A.C.K.
on a daily bases.
  • Effectively following the weekly agenda.
  • Reading scriptures from the Bible.
  • Enforcing rules and guidelines in the classroom and on the playground.
  • Supervising a group of school-aged children in the cafeteria, classroom, and outside.
  • Preparing walkie talkies, snacks, and attendance for aftercare staff.
  • Assisting students with homework, reading, writing, and math.
  • Effectively implementing social and emotional activities and STEM activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate any concerns or observations to the appropriate individuals. ```Qualifications```
  • Experience working with children, such as classroom management, or early childhood education.
  • Knowledge of childhood development and educational principles.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and engage with children of different ages and backgrounds.
  • Understanding of special education needs and strategies for supporting children with diverse abilities.
  • Familiarity with counseling principles is beneficial.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other caregivers, parents, and professionals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
