Masters Level Therapist The Company:
Our client is a well-established Non-Profit healthcare organization based in St. Petersburg, Florida that offers its employees the support and understanding you would expect from top-rated management.
The Position:
Our client is looking for a Master's Level Therapist health professional to join their team in the forensics, adult or crisis departments The Client is offering the following benefits and compensation:

Requirements:
  • Master's degree required in social work, counseling, family therapy, or closely related field; may be licensed as a clinical social worker, family therapist or mental health counselor.
  • Licensure not required, Licensed or license eligible preferred
  • Experience working with adults in need of mental health services and their families.
Responsibilities:
  • Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
  • This position provides individual, group and family counseling services.
  • Provides services that are consistent with the program methodology and in conformance with all program standards. Demonstrates flexibility in support of the overall mission of the agency on a countywide basis.
  • Provides services in a manner that encourages the increase of social support and the use of natural support systems for individuals and families served.
  • Provides therapy services which are culturally component, strength based, and Solution Focused, and respond to the goals set by the individual or family needing and requesting counseling services.
  • Provides solution-focused therapy that is consistent with evidence based practiced. Use respectful and strength-based words and actions with individuals and families. Discusses individuals and families with supervisors and peers in an appropriate manner.
  • Assists individuals and families in developing specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time bound goal planning.
  • Be able to recognize and apply interventions or appropriate referrals to address a Co-Occurring diagnosis.
  • Meets productivity standard of 60% and a minimum of 100 client hours per month.
  • Accomplishes individual goals.
