The Oasis Center for Women & Girls is seeking a compassionate, trauma-informed Girls Circle Facilitator to lead to lead strengths-based weekly groups for adolescent girls primarily in Promise Zone schools throughout Leon County and community settings. This full-time role is perfect for someone who is passionate about youth empowerment, group facilitation, and creating safe, supportive spaces where girls can thrive. If you have experience working with youth and are committed to advancing the well-being of women and girls, we'd love to hear from you!

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience facilitating groups Knowledge of trauma-informed practices, social-emotional learning, and youth development Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, families, and community partners
