Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated social worker, therapist, counselor or psychologist (and interns) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality mental health counseling services to individuals facing various challenges. The therapist will conduct diagnostic evaluations, provide counseling, and maintain accurate medical records while fostering a supportive environment for clients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs. Provide individual counseling sessions focused on mental health issues. Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client. Maintain detailed medical records in our EHR in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with scheduling, billing, and administrative staff. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Requirements Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or intern or equivalent certification. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in mental health practice. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Commitment to maintain an up to date schedule on our clinician availability sheet and the prompt completion of progress notes.
