We are looking to hire a passionate individual to join our team as a Clinician. Devereux Florida provides programs and services for children and families. The Neighborhood for Families Program is a community‑based initiative that delivers intensive therapeutic and supportive services directly within local neighborhoods and community centers to children, youth, and families in Orange County. It focuses on providing individual, family, couples, or group therapy in non‑clinical settings, helping families who may be experiencing stress, emotional challenges, or early‑stage behavioral concerns before they escalate. Clinicians collaborate with case managers and partner agencies to assess needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and link families to additional resources and supports in the community. The goal of the program is to strengthen family functioning, promote resilience, and improve overall well‑being by making mental health services more accessible in the places families already live and gather. This position with the Neighborhood Center for Families Program is responsible for: Providing therapy to individuals of all ages, families, couples, and/or groups; this is a community based program and the position will be housed at a Community Center. Providing intensive therapeutic services, assessing clients, and formulating individualized multidisciplinary treatment plans. Working with treatment team members and case managers. Working in collaboration with partner agencies to meet the varying needs of community members.

Pay Range:
This position starts at $50,000 / annual. Salary is based on relevant education and experience.
Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday 9am-5pm; with occasional evening and weekend requirements.

Qualifications:
Education and Licensure:
Master's degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology required Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida preferred
Experience:
Two years' experience working directly with children, adolescents and families OR related experience working under the direct supervision of a licensed clinician preferred
Other Requirements:
Valid Driver's license Must be willing to meet clients in community setting. Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test. Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida.
