Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individual and group social work services to students with moderate to intensive behavioral challenges Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement intervention plans Monitor student progress and adjust support strategies as needed Participate in team meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to student well-being

Qualifications:

Valid Georgia Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Educator Certification is required Prior experience as an LCSW in a school setting is highly preferred Strong understanding of child development and behavioral interventions for K5 age group Effective communication and teamwork skills
