SCHOOL AGE COORDINATOR
Children's Learning Adventure:
Where educating is the greatest adventure of all! The School Age Coordinator has the overall responsibility of supporting the School Age Director with the school age staff and summer camp programs. The School Age Coordinator is a leader who achieves profitability for the company through daily tasks related to new enrollment and retaining existing families.
FISCAL RESPONSBILITIES
Maximizes profitability and enrollment in the school age program Ensures accuracy and timely collection of tuition in accordance with company policies and procedures Maintains an accurate financial accounting of the school age and summer camp operations and protects the company's monetary assets Takes responsibility for company assets and manages classroom supplies Manage program operations while maximizing operational profit
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A degree in Education, Business, or related field required Must possess CPR and First Aid Experience in child-care management preferred Knowledge of state licensing preferred Revenue and enrollment oriented Demonstrates strong customer service Computer literate in Microsoft applications (i.e., Work, Excel, Outlook) Proficient writing and interpersonal skills Concrete knowledge of transportation and field trip safety Professional demeanor Comfortable with public speaking Children's Learning Adventure is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
