Responsibilities Provide direct social work support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy Collaborate with management to evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions Skills Developing trust and rapport with hospice patients and families, encouraging talk therapy.
