You will ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual basis in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator. This is all to assure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual basis.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Licensed Social Worker preferred 2 years of experience in Social Services in Long Term Care Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite Package (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge
