Immediately Job Description Strength & Conditioning Coordinator (Part-Time) Gehlen Catholic School is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coordinator to oversee and implement strength and conditioning programs for student-athletes in grades 7-12. Responsibilities include designing and leading training programs, coaching proper lifting and movement techniques, monitoring athlete progress, collaborating with coaches and PE staff, and supporting the Jays Summer Lifting Program. This is a part-time (15 hours per week), 12-month position with hours primarily scheduled before and/or after school.
Qualifications:
Experience coaching youth or high school athletes preferred. Strength and conditioning certification (CSCS, USAW, NASM, or equivalent) required or willingness to obtain. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills required. Candidates should support the mission and values of Catholic education and be committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field.
