A Family, School, or General Case Manager coordinates the delivery of a range of social and health services to individuals and families. Assess client needs and work with agencies and institutions ensure clients get the help they need. Monitor client and work with other service providers as necessary to address client needs. Provide limited counseling to client and their family.

Job Description

Required:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to fluently speak, read, and write in both languages
  • 2-year degree in human services, education, or health/childcare related field
  • Valid driver's license and proof of car liability insurance
Preferred:
Family Support Specialists provide home visits, support, and advocacy to expectant parents and families with children who reside in Tama County. This position also provides crisis intervention services to Marshall County families with children under the age of 18. In this position you will provide parent education, promote optimal child development, help parents problem-solve to find solutions, assess family needs, and link them to resources.
